Kanya vs Coronavirus

The rapid spread of the coronavirus is currently presenting many people with a particular challenge. Especially in turbulent times like these, it is important to have a reliable partner at your side. Our most important goal is to protect our employees and their families and to ensure that we can continue to deliver to our customers. We have taken the following measures in this situation:

Availability
Our sales force will not visit customers until April 19, 2020, but will be happy to provide advice by telephone. Our technical sales support as well as our engineering team can still be reached by phone or e-mail. Partly our employees work from home or have been placed in different offices in Kanya AG as an internal measure to contain the virus. You as a customer can rely on us to maintain the same customer service level as before.

Production/assembly
Our team in production and assembly can continue to carry out its activities as usual. Due to the large production halls, the safety distance between the employees can be maintained and extensive hygiene measures can be implemented.

Suppliers
We are in close contact with our suppliers every day. At the moment, all suppliers are still operating and the transport and logistics routes are open, which means that supplies are secured until further notice. Should the situation change drastically, we cannot rule out the possibility of temporary supply shortage or delays. We would then contact you immediately to find a satisfactory solution for everyone.
